THE MISTING SYSTEM:
State of the art near invisible system that hard wired to a home or establishment, typically around the eaves and fence. The system comes as either drum based or tankless. A fully automated system that can be set to come on for up to 12 times a day (typically 4 times a day) for under a minute at a time or manually boosts by remote control. Features of the systems, some optional are: agitating (mixing the tank), wind sensor, zone kit (for extra nozzles), anti siphon valve, leak detection and cut off.
INDEPENDENT STUDY:
Conducted independently on behalf of the state of Florida. Over a nine-week period six sites were randomly picked to be tested. Three with mosquito systems and three without. The three with by chance and without MistAways knowledge, all had MistAway systems fitted. Even though it was conducted during high drought, meaningless mosquitos, the report concluded a reduction of 72%. Customers of mine that have the system, living on a golf course with lakes and no screen report 95% success. The report also concluded no health risk to humans.
NOZZLES:
The slim line nozzle can be fitted by a bracket to an eave, wall, pool screen, trees or fence, or by risers from the ground. Every installation is custom fitted depending on the surroundings. There are typically around 40 nozzles fitted on each installation, although the system can operate up to 70 and twice that amount with a zone kit.

INSECTICIDES:
Pyrethrins derived from the dried flower of the pyrethrum daisy. One of the least poisonous insecticides to mammals. Highly diluted with just half a gallon (of which only a fraction is active ingredients) to 55 gallons of water. There are 3 main types, each highly effective against mosquitos and biting flying insects, that can be switched according to conditions.
